West Coast Seminar with Kayla Feder Shihan at Aikido of Berkeley

Goldberg Shihan had an awesome seminar at Aikido of Berkeley. What a great weekend. There was a great turnout and energy on the mat. And we saw some new faces! Kayla Feder Shihan was able to join the fun. She has 50 plus years in the martial artists, but she’s willing and able to have an empty cup and try something new. A joy to work with. I am always so impressed by the willingness of those experienced martial artists who show up, willing to work outside their comfort zone, and challenge themselves to try doing things in a new way.
